What Our Warranty Covers:

- Material Flaws: Any defects in the wood itself that affect the functionality and durability of the furniture.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, dents, and other minor damage that occurs with regular use.
- Environmental Damage: Issues caused by exposure to extreme humidity, temperature changes, or improper storage. This includes warping, twisting, or bowing of the wood.
- Improper Use or Maintenance: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or failure to properly care for the furniture, such as exposure to harsh chemicals or not following recommended cleaning procedures.
- Natural Characteristics of Wood: Variations in color, grain, and knots, which are inherent to natural wood and celebrated as part of its unique character.
Warranty Claim Process:

Contact Us: If you believe your furniture has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. Provide your order details and a description of the issue, along with photos if possible.

Resolution: If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the affected piece at no cost to you. If the issue is not covered, we will provide recommendations for repair or maintenance.
Duration of Warranty:
Our warranty is valid for one year from the date of delivery. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
