Our Brand New “Holy Pinstripe” Series is a new style of board that we started: a mostly monochromatic style board with one section that is centered or off-centered, with a few different wood types in it. The boards also come with a juice groove and are treated to be food-safe through a special heat-treated wax process. This heat-treated wax process allows for a thick type of food-grade wax to penetrate the pores of the wood and protect it against water and food. This will not protect it from dishwashers, and you must reapply wax or send it back to us using our refinishing service, but it will help it last for generations to come.
This particular board is made from Sapele, it has some thin Wenge in it, and then a section of Wenge, Padauk, and Ash that is slightly off-centered. It is Massive! Perfect for a big chicken or the Thanksgiving Turkey. The size is 23.5″ x 14″ x 1.0″. It also has rubber feet on the bottom of it!
